No particular context or project. Just slapped down a few colours and this came out. Quite happy with how it's turning out so I'll do a full detailed piece for this.

A commission piece for PagodaComics. Requested inspiration from Big Hero 6, a blend of West and East. Had fun doing this! Cityscapes are definitely something I want to work more on.
Photoshop CS6 Well I've just returned from my long weekend out up at Leeds, meeting with my fellow comic artist friend Jey Levang. Aside from the long travelling hours and perpetual state of exhaustion, I can conclude that the weekend had been smashing! We met quite a few fair other people there, and I sold more than I expected to. The highlights I found was the adventure at Saturday night with Jey, aimlessly walking/exploring Leeds in midst the fringes of a storm. Bought some great merchandise too, with the second volume of my favourite comic, 'SAM' by Marazano and Shang Xiao, given to me for free! Well, in exchange for fanart - which I will obviously oblige to. We also sat next to Antonio Fuso, who was a great companion especially in the leaving party on Sunday night. He managed to teach me a few things about Italian cuisine and its etiquette, and most happily pointed out how I failed quite spectacularly in some cases. But all in all, aside from my unwittingly atrocious table manners -- what a blast!
I shall conclude this post with a picture of our collab. Two of the artists at the far left were Antonio's friends, sorry I didn't get your details :( Otherwise to those included: Antonio Fuso, my own, Cryoclare and Jey Levang's original characters! It's been a while since I've done illustrative work. This is based off an old story of mine, 'Jinsha', from back in 2007.
